  • Chicken breasts ... boneless, skinless or with the bone and ribs attached (one piece per person) *** you can substitute any chicken (thighs, legs, etc.)if you don't want to use breasts.
  • *** You can also use this same sauce and method for prawns, shrimp, pork, or any fish or meat.
