  • 1 1/2 c. butter flavored Wesson oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 8 oz. undrained pineapple
  • 2 diced bananas
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1/2 c. coconut

Directions

    Cream butter flavored Wesson oil with sugar, vanilla and eggs. Stir together flour, cinnamon, salt and soda.

    Beat into first mixture.

    Fold in undrained pineapple, diced bananas, pecans and coconut.

    Bake at 350° for about 55 minutes in a greased and floured Bundt pan.

    Let stand for ten minutes and glaze.
