- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. bananas, chopped
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
- Frosting (recipe follows)
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

2Add eggs and oil, stirring until mixture is moistened.

3Do not beat.

4Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup of nuts and bananas.

5Spoon batter into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

6Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

7Cool in pan for 10 minutes.

8Remove from pan and cool completely.
