  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 whole eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
  • 2 c. bananas, cut in pieces
  • 1/2 c. nuts

    Do not beat.

    Just stir until well blended.

    Bake at 325° in a Bundt pan about 1 hour and 10 minutes or longer, if needed.

    Cool and add cream cheese frosting.
