  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 c. bananas, chopped

Directions

    Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs and oil. Stir with a spoon until moist. Stir in vanilla, pineapple with juice and nuts. Add bananas. Pour batter in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350° for 25 - 30 minutes or until cake test done. Cool, then frost with cream cheese frosting.
