  • 2 cans garbanzo beans, drained, rinsed and whirled in food processor until chunky to smooth
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 c. parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves
  • crushed garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 to 1 c. sesame paste

    When all finely chopped and mixed, add sesame paste (will stiffen mix).

    Stir, cover and chill.

    Serve with vegetables and pita bread.
