  • 15 ounces garbanzo beans
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic cloves
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 12 teaspoon salt

    Drain and rinse beans.

    In a blender puree all of the ingredients until smooth.

    The recipe calls for 4tsp of lemon juice .

    I just used all of the juice from a squeezed lemon.

    Also I used the kind of garlic that comes minced in a jar from the grocery.

    Add a little water if necessary.
