Ingredients

  • 2 can (800g) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and washed
  • 3 tbsp Tahini
  • 1/3 cup Lemon juice
  • 2 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/3 cup Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 Sprinkle of smoked paprika to serve
  • 1 Drizzle of olive oil to serve

Directions

    Throw all ingredients into a tall plastic container and 'stick it'!

    (Blend well with a stick blender).

    If it looks to dry add a little water and blend until right.

    Spoon into a nice serving dish, garnish with some parsley, whole chickpeas, drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle of smoked paprika.

    Goes nicely with some grilled/crusty pita bread (or Turkish bread) broken into pieces.

    Simply dip and eat!
