Ingredients
- 400 grams boiled chickpeas
- 1 large lemon juice
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 3 clove crushed garlic
- 1 olive oil
- 1 salt
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
- 1 pinch ground cumin (optional)
Directions

1Drain the chickpeas, reserve some of the water, and put them in the mixer jar, with the water.

2Make a homogeneus puree (better add gradually the water to the chickpeas).

3Add the tahini, the peeled and crushed garlic cloves, the lemon juice and some salt.

4And add the ground cumin if you want to use it in this recipe.

5Mix for 5 minutes, until it gets smooth.

6Place it in a serving dish and taste it again in case it needs more salt.

7Add the olive oil over it, with a thin stream, and garnish with fresh parsley.

8You can eat it warm or cool.

9If you're going to put it in the fridge, cover it with plastic film before.
