  • 1 cup Garbanzo Beans
  • 1/4 cups Tahini
  • 18 cups Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Paprika

Directions

    Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

    Drizzle oil over the top and sprinkle with paprika.

    Note: This recipe is pretty light on the garlic.

    I am a garlic fiend so I usually add more.
