- 1 1/2 c. tahini (gourmet section)
- 3/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions

1Put all ingredients in food processor and blend together.

2Add reserved liquid a little at a time to bring the hummus to a peanut butter state.

3Serve with warm pita bread.
