Ingredients

  • 1 large can chickpeas or garbanzo beans
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp. dill (optional)

Directions

    Drain chickpeas.

    Mash all the ingredients together by hand or in a food processor and blend until smooth.

    Can also use a blender.

    Serve on crackers or as a dip.
