- 1 c. Tahini
- 1 c. lemon juice
- 3 c. boiled chickpeas
- 1 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. finely chopped parsley
- 5 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Mix Tahini, pepper, salt and garlic in blender for about 3 minutes.

2Press chickpeas through sieve and add to blender.

3Mix to thick paste.

4Alternately add small quantities of oil and lemon juice.

5When finished, place in small bowls.

6Garnish with black olives and parsley.

7Serve with wedges of Lebanese bread.
