- 1 can cooked garbanzo beans (Mexican section), drained
- 1/2 c. tahini (ground sesame seed paste, Ethnic grocery)
- juice of 2 lemons
- 2 cloves garlic (small size), mashed
- salt to taste (about 1/2 tsp.)
- drained water from garbanzo beans
Directions

1In food processor, add drained garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, garlic cloves and salt.

2Beat all ingredients together in food processor until smooth.

3Add a little of drained water at a time so consistency of finished product is like sour cream. Spread in a flat plate.

4Sprinkle with olive oil and a dash of paprika.

5Eat with pita bread.
