  • 1 medium garlic clove, press through garlic press
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
