- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. tahini
- lemon juice
- salt
Directions

1Drain the chickpeas, then proceed to create a fluid and smooth form of chickpea mash in a food processor.

2Add the garlic, lemon juice, tahini and salt to your liking.

3Be sure that the amount of tahini is sparingly added.

4Too much will create a soupy and gritty oil spill.

5Serve with pita bread or on vegetables (i.e., tomatoes).
