Salami Bread

  • frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 1/2 lb. genoa salami
  • 10 oz. Mozzarella, sliced
  • 8 oz. sharp cheese, shredded
  • egg white, slightly beaten with a little water

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Roll out thawed loaf.

    If you have trouble, sprinkle water on surface and it will stick better.

    Lay layers of salami and cheese over dough.

    Roll like jelly roll fashion, starting at long end.

    Seal ends with water.

    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake for 15 minutes.

    Take out and baste with egg white mixture.

    Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
