- frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1/2 lb. genoa salami
- 10 oz. Mozzarella, sliced
- 8 oz. sharp cheese, shredded
- egg white, slightly beaten with a little water
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Roll out thawed loaf.

3If you have trouble, sprinkle water on surface and it will stick better.

4Lay layers of salami and cheese over dough.

5Roll like jelly roll fashion, starting at long end.

6Seal ends with water.

7Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

8Bake for 15 minutes.

9Take out and baste with egg white mixture.

10Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
