  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 c. fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Garnish: (optional) jalapeno, sun dried tomatoes, green or black olives, scallions, red peppers, etc.
