  • 3 Cloves of Garlic peeled
  • 1 Can of Chickpeas drained (reserve juice)
  • 1 1/2 t Salt
  • 1/4 C Tahini
  • Pepper and Cayenne to taste
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1/4 C Scallions chopped

Directions

    In a food processor mince the garlic. Add the chickpeas and grind until finely chopped. Add the salt and tahini and blend until a smooth paste. If needed, drizzle in the chickpea liquid or olive oil to add moisture. Spice with the pepper and cayenne and/or the juice of the lemons or any other mix in.
