- 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne
Directions

1Saut onion and garlic in oil in a skillet until browned. Combine onion/garlic mixture with remaining ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Let stand 30 minutes before serving. Serve with toasted pita bread slices and vegetables.
