  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 34 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Hungarian paprika
  • 12 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 dash red cayenne pepper
  • 1 12 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 14 cup water
  • hot cooked noodles

Directions

    Brown the beef in a small amount of oil.

    Simmer, covered 2-2 1/2 hours, or until meat is tender.

    Blend in flour and remaining 1/4 cup water and stir into sauce.
