- 2 slices bacon
- 1 lb. cabbage, coarsely shredded
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar (optional)
Directions

1Cook bacon in medium skillet until crisp.

2Remove from skillet.

3Crumble bacon, and set aside.

4Add cabbage, salt, pepper, vinegar (if desired) over low heat.

5Stir occasionally. Cabbage should be tender, but crisp.

6Transfer cabbage to serving dish and top with bacon.

7Serve hot.
