Hungarian Cabbage Rolls

- 2 lb. boston butt ground 1 time or 1 lb. pork & 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. rice, regular not minute
- 1 large can of tomato juice
- 1 can sauerkraut, drained - large can
- 1 very large or 2 regular cabbage heads
Directions

1Mix meat, egg, onion, rice in a bowl, salt and pepper to taste.

2Cut around core of cabbage and remove it.

3Put cabbage in large pan of boiling water.

4Cook a few minutes until leaves can be removed.

5Remove leaves 1 at a time.

6Do not use very small leaves.
