- 12 eggs
- 1 qt. milk
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. light raisins (optional)
Directions

1Pour milk into saucepan and bring to a boil.

2Beat eggs slightly and add gradually to milk.

3Cook over low heat about 8 minutes.

4Stir constantly.

5Add vanilla.

6Pour mixture into cheesecloth and tie tightly, forming a ball.

7Hang and let drain into pan for 2 to 4 hours.

8Remove from cheesecloth; cover with dampened cloth and refrigerate.
