- 1 to 2 lb. stew meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. flour
- water
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Heat oil in large pan.

2Add beef cubes, brown them on all sides, stirring every couple of minutes.

3Add 1 onion, chopped. Continue browning meat-onion mixture for a minute or so.

4Sprinkle flour on mix, stirring constantly, adding water slowly to prevent clumping of flour.

5Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

6Sauce should be spicy.

7Simmer slowly for 1 hour stirring occasionally. Serve over cooked noodles or rice with a salad.

8(To ensure tender meat, cover pot during simmering.)
