- 2 or 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 4 lb. shortribs (bone in)
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 c. water, divided
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Brown ribs on all sides.

2Add onions and cook until tender. Combine remaining ingredients.

3Pour over ribs and cook until meat is tender (2 or 3

4hours).

5Slowly thicken gravy.

6Serve over noodles.
