- 1 large can sauerkraut
- 1 large cabbage
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. rice, cooked
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 lb. bacon
- 1/2 c. sour cream (optional)
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Cook cabbage leaves in hot water until soft, a few minutes. Drain on paper towels until dry.

2Combine meats, salt, pepper, rice and eggs and mix well. Place 2 tablespoons of mixture in each cabbage leaf.

3Roll leaf around meat and tuck in the ends.
