- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1/4 c. chopped onion or 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) can Hungry Jack refrigerated flaky biscuits
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Grease 10 muffin cups.

3Brown ground beef and drain.

4Stir in barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar.

5Cook 3 minutes to blend.

6Stir constantly.
-
7Separate dough into 10 biscuits.

8Place 1 biscuit in each greased muffin cup.

9Press in bottom and up sides to rim.
-
10Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into each biscuit cup.

11Sprinkle with cheese.

12Bake at 375°

13for 10 to 12 minutes, or until edges are brown.

14Cool 2 minutes. Remove from pan.

15Makes 10 servings.
