- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 large tube Hungry Jack biscuits
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. barbecue sauce
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown meat; drain.

2Stir in beans, sauce, sugar, salt and onion.

3Pour into a 2-quart casserole.

4Cut biscuits in halves to form 20 halves.

5Place, cut side down, over meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.

6Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
