- 4 medium carrots, cleaned and chopped
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat, cut into bite size pieces
- 1/2 soup can water
Directions

1Place a layer of vegetables in Dutch oven, roasting pan or slow cooker.

2Add 1/2 the soups, 1/2 the soup mix and 1/2 the meat; repeat.

3Add water.

4Cover; bake in conventional oven at 300° for 5 hours or in slow cooker for 6 to 8 hours.
