- 5 lb. roast
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 medium onions
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- salt and Accent
- 1 c. beer
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Sprinkle meat with salt and Accent.

2Mix other ingredients; pour over meat in pan.

3Cook at 300° to 350 for 3 to 4 hours, until meat is done and very tender.

4Add small amounts of water as necessary.

5Make gravy after removing meat.
