Ingredients
- 5 to 6 yellow summer squash
- 4 green or red bell peppers
- 3 jalapeno green peppers
- 12 to 15 fresh peeled tomatoes or 1 qt. canned tomatoes
- 2 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 2 rabbits, cut up
- 2 to 3 lb. venison stew meat, cubed
- 1 large Spanish onion
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Place squash, peppers and tomatoes in large kettle.

2Cook on low for 1 hour.

3Flour meat and brown in bacon drippings along with onion.

4Add to kettle.

5Simmer another hour.

6Add mushrooms and seasonings.

7Cook until liquid is reduced to consistency of stew.

8Serve with mashed potatoes or rice and corn bread.
