  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 small cans tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg. small noodles
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 to 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and quartered

Directions

    Brown meat with first 3 seasonings.

    Drain beef.

    Add tomato sauce.

    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

    Cook noodles and drain. Mix sour cream and onions together.

    Butter casserole dish and layer ingredients in the following order:

    noodles, beef mixture and sour cream mixture.

    Sprinkle cheese and quartered garlic on top.

    Bake in a 325° oven for 20 minutes.
