Ice Cream Brownie Pie

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa (heaping)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except nuts.

    Beat for 5 minutes. Stir in nuts, then pour batter into a buttered 8-inch pie tin. Bake in 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Allow to cool.

    Slice and serve with a big scoop of ice cream.
