  • 4 c. Rice Krispies, crumbled
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. shredded coconut
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. melted margarine
  • 1/2 gal. butter pecan, butter almond or pecan praline ice cream

Directions

    Mix Rice Krispies, chopped pecans and coconut.

    Bake slow at 325° in 9 x 13-inch pan or dish for 30 minutes, stirring often. Mix in brown sugar and melted margarine; mix well.

    Take half of mixture and pat firmly in bottom of pan or dish (9 x 13-inches). Slice ice cream and cover crumb mixture.

    Cover with remaining half of crumb mixture.

    Cover with foil or lid and freeze.
