- 2 1/2 c. crushed Rice Chex
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 stick melted butter
- peanut butter (if desired)
Directions

1Mix together and press 3/4 of the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Freeze. Take out and press 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream on top of frozen crust.

2Crumble remaining crust on top. Sprinkle 1/2 can chocolate syrup over crumbs.

3Re-freeze.

4Cut into slices and serve.
