Ice Cream Cake Roll

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. hot water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. cocoa
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

Directions

    Beat eggs; put in sugar slowly.

    Add hot water and vanilla. Mix together cocoa, flour, salt and baking powder.

    Add to egg mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes.

    Wet towel and sprinkle 10x sugar on it.

    Roll cake up and let cool off.

    When cool, fill with ice cream.

    Roll up again and put in freezer.
