Ice Cream Cone Cakes

  • 1 (510 g) box Betty Crocker Super Moist chocolate cake mix (or your favourite flavour )
  • 1 14 cups water (or amount called for on your cake mix box )
  • 13 cup vegetable oil (or amount called for on your cake mix box )
  • 3 eggs (or amount called for on your cake mix box )
  • 24 ice cream cones (flat bottom )
  • 2 (16 ounce) containersbetty crocker rich and creamy frosting (your favourite flavour)

    Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

    Place paper baking cup in each of 24 regular -size muffin cups.

    Make cake batter as directed on cake mix box.

    Fill each cup 2/3 full of batter.

    Place ice cream cone upside down in each cup.

    Bake 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean ( cones may tilt on batter ).

    Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

    Remove paper baking cups and generously frost cake with frosting.

    Decorate as desired.
