Ingredients

  • 4 c. Rice Chex, crushed
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 3/4 c. nuts (optional, salted nuts, pecans)
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. melted oleo or butter
  • 1/2 gal. ice cream, softened

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients. Pour melted oleo over and mix. Put 1/2 of the mixture on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Put vanilla ice cream over crumbs and spread remaining mixture on top.

    Freeze until firm.

    Cut into squares and serve with chocolate sauce.
