- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. peach Jell-O
- 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
- 1 c. vanilla ice cream
- 7 to 8 peaches, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
- 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell, cooled
Directions

1Make Jell-O; mix 1 cup of ice cream until well blended.

2Add Cool Whip and fold in peaches.

3Pour into pie shell.
