- 2 chocolate crumb pie crusts
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
- 6 tsp. butter or margarine
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- 1 c. chopped, toasted pecans
Directions

1To make chocolate sauce: Bring to boil the sugar, evaporated milk, vanilla, chocolate and butter.

2Boil for one minute, then cool.

3Soften ice cream and spread in the two pie crusts.

4Freeze. Pour cooled chocolate sauce over ice cream and refreeze.

5Mix Cool Whip with nuts and spread over chocolate.

6Keep frozen until ready to serve.
