  • 2 sticks pure butter (room temperature)
  • 2 c. cake flour
  • 1/2 c. vanilla ice cream

Directions

    Whip butter until fluffy.

    Add sugar and beat good.

    Gradually add flour to butter and sugar.

    Add 1 egg at a time, beat good after each egg, then add ice cream.

    Bake in preheated oven at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
