  • 1 pkg. (4 serving size) lemon instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c. water

    Blend cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil and 3/4 cup water.

    Beat with electric mixer 2 minutes.

    Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
