- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. Karo syrup (light or dark)
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. pecans
- 1 Pet-Ritz deep dish frozen pie crust
Directions

1In a large bowl, stir eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla until well blended.

2Stir in pecans.

3Pour into pie crust. Bake in a preheated 350° oven on a preheated baking sheet for 50 to 53 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between the center and the edge comes out clean.

4Let pie cool for a while.

5Makes 8 servings.
