- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
- 3 c. miniature marshmallows
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
- 1 (10 oz.) box angel food cake, broken into small pieces
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin and marshmallows in boiling water; stir well. Drain pineapple, reserving juice.

2Add 1 cup pineapple juice to gelatin mixture.

3(Add water to pineapple juice to make 1 cup, if necessary.)

4Chill until partially set. Whip gelatin mixture until frothy.

5Blend whipped cream, pineapple and angel food cake pieces into gelatin mixture.

6Pour into 10-inch tube pan; chill.

7Makes 12 or more servings.
