- 1 medium onion
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 8 oz. can mushrooms
- 10 oz. broccoli, thawed and drained
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 2 c. diced cooked ham
- 1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
- 1 can fried onion rings
Directions

1Saute onion in butter; add soup, 1/2 the cheese and garlic. Then add mushrooms, broccoli, rice and ham and stir in pimentos. Chill overnight.

2Bake at 350° for 40 minutes (covered).

3Ten minutes before done, uncover and put on remaining cheese and fried onion rings.
