Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic
  • 8 oz. can mushrooms
  • 10 oz. broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 2 c. diced cooked ham
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
  • 1 can fried onion rings

Directions

    Saute onion in butter; add soup, 1/2 the cheese and garlic. Then add mushrooms, broccoli, rice and ham and stir in pimentos. Chill overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes (covered).

    Ten minutes before done, uncover and put on remaining cheese and fried onion rings.
