- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. pecans, chopped fine
- 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. powdered white sugar, sifted
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding and pie mix
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Spray pie pan with Pam.

2Mix first 3 ingredients.

3Put this mixture in pie pan.

4Take your hand and smooth it out.

5Put it in oven and cook for 10 minutes at 350°. Let crust cool completely.

6Next, mix cream cheese, powdered white sugar and Cool Whip.

7Mix well and spread on top of crust.

8Next, mix pudding and pie mix and milk.

9Mix well and put on top of cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip mixture in crust.

10Then add Cool Whip on top of this and put in freezer for awhile.

11Take out and serve.
