  • 1 lb. oleo, softened but not melted
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • about 6 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    It may not take that amount of flour so go carefully, mixing well.

    Make into 3 rolls. Wrap wax paper around each and refrigerate several hours or overnight.

    Cut into 1/2-inch slices and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400° about 10 minutes. Watch.

    Can refrigerate rolls of dough up to 1 month.
