Ingredients

  • 1 lb. candied cherries, sliced (red)
  • 1 lb. candied pineapple, sliced (green or yellow)
  • 1 lb. coconut
  • 1 lb. pecans, chopped
  • 1 lb. graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 lb. marshmallows, melted
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Directions

    In a large bowl or dishpan, mix the cracker crumbs, fruit, coconut and pecans.

    In a separate bowl, melt marshmallows and milk together.

    Pour over the dry mixture.

    Mix together and form into a cake.

    This will make a large 7 pound cake or several small ones. This cake will seem dry while mixing, but no additional moisture is needed.

    Store covered in the refrigerator.
