Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. marshmallows (miniature)
  • 1 box white or golden raisins
  • 1 fresh coconut, shredded or use frozen
  • 1 bottle red maraschino cherries, chopped
  • 1 bottle green maraschino cherries, chopped
  • 1 lb. English walnuts, chopped or pecans
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 box graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 pkg. candied fruit mix

Directions

    Prepare fresh coconut and chop or shred in food processor. Mix with remaining ingredients, saving some red and green cherries whole and nut halves to decorate top of cake.

    Press tightly into loaf pans, a tube pan or ring pans.

    Refrigerate at least 3 to 5 days before serving.
